Who we are
The Windmill Club is a project of Professional Computer Service of New Jersey (PCSNJ),
operated by Frank Fiamingo. The site lives at
pcsnj.com and exists to help people become comfortable
with agentic AI — AI tools that can take action and get things done alongside you.
This policy covers two things: this website, and the
personal agentic AI system Frank operates on his own computer, which
connects to his own Google account for email, calendar, contacts, and documents. Both are
described plainly below.
What we collect on this website
-
Membership information. If you choose to join the Club, we ask for a
verifiable email address so we can reply to you and support your membership. That is the
only requirement for joining.
-
Anything you send us. If you email us or use our contact form, we keep
that message so we can reply and follow up.
-
Standard web logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider
records basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages
visited — for security and to keep the site running properly.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not
sell or rent any information to anyone.
About the personal agent's access to Google data
Frank's agentic AI system is a personal, single-user tool. It connects to
Frank's own Google account — and only Frank's own account — using Google's
official OAuth authorization. Through that connection, and only after Frank personally
approves it, the agent can:
- Read Gmail — to find, summarize, and organize messages at Frank's request.
- Send mail — when Frank asks it to draft or send a reply.
- Read and manage calendar entries — to check schedules and add or update events.
- Read and manage contacts — to keep his address book accurate.
- Access Drive files, Docs, and Sheets — to work with documents Frank already owns.
The agent acts only on Frank's instruction. It does not scan, harvest, or
mine data for any other purpose, and it serves no one but him.
How that data is used and stored
-
Used solely to serve the operator. The data is used to answer Frank's
questions and carry out the tasks he requests. Nothing else.
-
Stored locally. The agent runs on Frank's own computer. Data obtained
from Google is held locally on that machine, not in a cloud service we operate.
-
Never sold, rented, or shared. Google user data is never transferred to
third parties, never used for advertising, and never used to train general AI models.
-
Limited Use. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to
the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements.
-
Revocable at any time. Access can be revoked whenever the operator wishes
at
myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Revoking it ends the agent's access immediately.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your information.
- We never share your email address with other members or with anyone else.
- We never use your data to train AI models.
- We never ask you to run something you cannot read first — every script we offer is shown in full.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children
under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove
it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes
will be noted on the site so you are not caught by surprise.
Questions
If you have questions about this policy or about how your information is handled, please
reach us through the membership page or by contacting
Professional Computer Service of New Jersey at pcsnj.com.
We will answer honestly and promptly.
The short version. This is a small, honest project run by one person. Your
email address is used to talk to you and nothing else. The agent works only on its
operator's own account, only when asked, and only for him. Nothing is sold, tracked, or
shared — and if you want your information removed, all you have to do is ask.
